| Larry's Homemade Energy Bars

Ingredients
non-stick cooking spray
4 Cups sweetened oat cereal flakes with raisins
3/4 cup Quick cook oats
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 Cup snipped dried apples
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Chunky Peanut butter
1/4 cup melted butter or cooking oil (butter tastes better)
1. Preheat oven to 325. line a 9X9X2 glass baking pan with foil or wax paper. (coat foil with nonstick spray) set aside. In a bowl combine cereal, rolled oats, flour, and apples. set aside
2. In a bowl stir together eggs, hones, peanut butter, and melted butter. pour over the cereal mixture above. mix well. transfer to prepared pan and press into the four corners of the pan to create an even layer. Bake 28-30 minutes until the edges are browned.
COOL COMPLETELY OR THEY WILL CRUMBLE!!
